Summary:
On Sept. 6, 1956, Firefighter Paul Lindsley was out with other firefighters doing safety inspections at schools. Paul Lindsley was driving the fire truck to their
next stop at Sagamore Hill Elementary School when he suffered a massive heart attack. Lindsley lost control of the truck and crashed into the steps of the Sagamore Hill Baptist Church.
Lindsley was dead on arrival at a nearby hospital.
