Tio Tom, I think of you often, but mostly on your birthday and mine. You we the best uncle, seragate father and hero to me. I wish my children would have had the priviledge to know the most perfect loving person on this earth. I don\'t know why the Lord saw fit to take you from us, but I am joyful to know that He let you be in my family the little time He did. I love you and miss you terribly. Your niece Donna

Alan, I had the privilege to work with you and consider you my friend. I remember when you and Lisa came to my wedding. You are missed by everyone who knew you.

I was privileged to know Alan from the time he and his family lived in New Jersey. He was a good guy and a heck of an athlete in his junior high days, baseball (pitching) and bowling in particular. He had a seriousness and integrity about him even back then, so I\'m not surprised to see the commendations and praise he garnered, modestly, in public service. God bless Alan, and bless his family. One good man, my friend Alan, -- just a very, very good man.
